Ursure joined the H.V.F. as a contract soldier along with Giles.
While she normally gives the impression of being flippant and easygoing, her speech and seemingly even personality undergo sudden changes when she is excited. She spouts things erratically and it's hard to grasp what she's thinking.
Her intentions may be difficult to get a read on, but how much of her eccentric behaviour is an act and how much is her true self?

Joined the H.V.F. as a contract soldier just like Ursure.
His area of specialization is construction and intelligence, but in the H.V.F. he holds the roles of mechanic and operator.
His skill at servicing rounders is considerable and other squads occasionally call on him for maintenance.
A sociable womanizer that cannot seem to enter an entertainment district without getting into trouble.
However, Ursure is totally not his type, so he has no problem working with her.

The original prototype of this craft was developed by Galley for Goddiver as a combat rounder.
It was never officially adopted for use, and was later disarmed and marketed to the general public.
Although the battle-ready "G.S.O. Edition" is no longer available, Ursure is in possession of the prototype.
It is equipped with the exclusive SKIRT (Skeletal Intelligence Reactive Tool) System for combat, which is extremely demanding to operate.
The prevailing opinion among die-hard rounder fanatics is that this is why G.S.O. never put the model into widespread use.
