A detective in the Mars Section Investigative Unit of Goddiver Corporation's private security, the G.S.O. He decides to join the training program for the new rounder unit being established in the Mars Section. Normally, he is normally a serious and suave person that can do anything.

His suitability for the new unit was expected, since he possesses a rounder license as a personal hobby. However, he is actually a closet fanboy of rounder superheroes. He has never let this obsession of his interfere with work until now, but his inner geek occasionally reveals itself in this new rounder unit.

He is a big fan of the latest super ninja series "Robo Saiga", and has already watched all of the "Neo Robo Saiga" episodes. His rounder, the Saiga, was made as a collaboration with "Robo Saiga," and Hongo is the proud owner of one.

A veteran detective in the Mars Section Investigative Unit of Goddiver Corporation's private security, the G.S.O., and a mentor to Hongo. An excellent detective with a high clearance rate in his younger days, he did not make it far up the ranks because his ends justified his means. The years have mellowed him out, and the way he now solves cases by the books has become an example for the next generation.

An old acquaintance of Sakurako, he conducted his own investigation during the Secret Weapon Heist at her request. He was invited to be the head instructor for training the new division on her recommendation, but his lectures often turn into tea time. (He believes investigations are best learned firsthand on the scene.)
