Captain of Arria Federation Army's special forces, the S.S.S.
His real name is Fabian Fatman. The son of the wealthy Fatman family, he hates his name and his genes and calls himself Fastman instead.
A hard worker that hates to lose, he is often misunderstood due to his rough speech.
To atone for the mistake of letting the secret weapon get stolen during transport two years ago, Mika Mikli resigned as captain of the S.S.S.
After some deliberation, Fabian applied to become captain, and with Philomena's help, was promoted to the position.
He feels somewhat responsible for Lili, who retired from piloting after the incident two years ago.
Is it okay for me to be here?

DOB November 10, 1468
Female (18)
A soldier of the Arria Federation Army's special forces, the S.S.S. Her primary duty is to be an operator.
Her father handed her over to the army's R&D division for his own ambitious motives. She underwent surgery that turned her into an enhanced human before being assigned to the S.S.S.
Her enhanced ability powered her "multi-eye," the ability to recognize and process information from multiple visuals simultaneously. This ability was fully utilized when she piloted the Brinstä rounder. However, she developed a split personality as a side effect.
She lost her enhanced ability after suffering major injuries during the Secret Weapon Heist two years ago. Her two personalities also merged back into one as a result.
She has retired from being a pilot and is now an operator.
- ROUNDER
- DEUXGRR
The S.S.S. ordered this craft customized for military use based on Motivalier's sports model rounder Graphride.
It was developed under the codename DeuXGrr, which later became its official name.
The conventional Graphride is only able to equip specialized weapons, options, and B.O.S.S., however, the DeuXGrr was designed with battlefield looting in mind and it is much easier for it to equip standard armaments and options.
This causes the craft to be slightly heavier overall, slightly reducing maneuverability, but the characteristic speed and suspension of the Graphride series remains intact.
